2. The rental
Seasonal rental of a furnished apartment in Uriage-les-Bains. From March to December, stays match the spa’s treatment periods: arrival on Sunday, departure on the Saturday three weeks later, 20 nights. The rest of the year, stays are from 3 nights. The maximum number of guests stated for each apartment must be respected.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, cleaning included. Extras (bed linen, towels) and tourist tax are added to the quote before payment.
4. Booking and payment
The booking becomes final once the deposit is paid. More than 30 days before arrival, a deposit of 30% is paid online; this is a firm commitment (French “acompte”). The card is saved by our payment provider Stripe and the balance is charged automatically 30 days before arrival. You are reminded five days before. If the charge fails, you receive a payment link. Within 30 days of arrival, the full price is paid when booking.
While you pay, the dates are held for 20 minutes.
5. Cancellation by the guest
- More than 60 days before arrival: the deposit is refunded, less €30 in fees.
- Between 60 and 30 days before arrival: the deposit is kept.
- Less than 30 days before arrival: the full price is due.
- Spa treatment guarantee: if the health insurance refuses to cover the treatment, or a doctor advises against it, everything paid is refunded, on presentation of a supporting document. We never ask for medical details: a refusal letter or a simple certificate of contraindication is enough.
Tourist tax is always refunded for nights not spent.
6. Cancellation by the owner
If we have to cancel, all sums paid are refunded in full.
7. Right of withdrawal
Under article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, there is no right of withdrawal for accommodation services provided on a specific date.
8. Arrival, stay and departure

9. Mediation
In case of dispute, you may contact the consumer mediator free of charge: mediator name, address, website. European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Applicable law
French law applies.
