A sample day with a first treatment at 7 am. The spa sets your exact times, and treatments always end by 1.30 pm.

Sleep and rest
Le Tilleul takes two guests at most, so the only person you share the night with is the one travelling with you.

Getting to the spa
Every treatment morning starts with the walk to the spa: eighteen times in three weeks.

Cooking and meals
For one or two, meals can stay simple and happen whenever suits you.

Your spa kit needs to be dry again by the next morning.

Afternoons
A nap, a book, a stroll in the park: three weeks of treatment soon settle into a routine. For a change of scene, Grenoble is a bus ride away (M réso network).

Coming as a couple
If only one of you is having treatment, the other has the mornings free.

Le Tilleul cannot take more than two overnight guests.
Arrival and practical details
Arrive on the Sunday before your first treatment, leave on the Saturday after your last. The price is the same for one or two: €900 for the 20 nights, cleaning included.
You can hire bed linen (€20) and towels (€5 per person), or bring your own.

Treatment refused or contraindicated? We refund everything.
If French health insurance refuses to cover your treatment, or if your doctor advises against it, we refund everything you have paid. Just send us the document.

Is Le Tilleul suitable if I come on my own?
Yes. The price does not depend on the number of guests: €900 for the 20 nights of the period, cleaning included.
My partner is not having treatment. Can they come too?
Yes, Le Tilleul sleeps two. While you are at the spa, their mornings are free.
What time can we arrive on Sunday?

We refund everything you have paid, on sight of the refusal letter or a doctor’s certificate. We never ask for medical details.
When is the balance taken?
Automatically, 30 days before arrival, from the card used for the deposit. We send you a reminder five days before.
