Treatments take place in the morning, between 7 am and 1.30 pm, at the times the spa gives you. This is what a typical day at Le Séquoia looks like.
- Early morning

- Setting off

- Late morning
Treatments finish by 1.30 pm at the latest, so you come back and have lunch at home, whenever suits you. en anglais, équipement de la cuisine et taille de la table
- Afternoon

- Evening

Sleep and rest
Le Séquoia sleeps up to six: four beds plus a double sofa bed. For two people, that leaves plenty of room over three weeks together.

Getting to the spa
Eighteen mornings of treatment means eighteen return trips, so the walk matters as much as the flat.

Cooking and meals
Three weeks adds up to about sixty meals, and with family visiting there can soon be six of you at the table.

Bathroom and treatment laundry
Bathrobes, swimsuits and towels for the spa need washing almost every day.

Afternoons
Your afternoons are free. Nearby: Uriage and its spa park, Grenoble by bus (M réso network), and the lakes of Chamrousse by car.

For companions and visiting family
While you are at the spa, your companion has the morning to themselves. At weekends, with six beds, children or grandchildren can stay without booking a hotel, up to six people in total.

Arrival and practical details
You arrive on the Sunday before your first treatment and leave on the Saturday after your last. Cleaning is included in the price.
Bed linen: €20 per bed. Towels: €5 per person. You are also welcome to bring your own.

Do I need to bring sheets and towels?
You can bring your own, or hire them when you book: €20 per bed for linen and €5 per person for towels.
What if my spa treatment is not approved?
If French health insurance refuses to cover it, or a doctor advises against it, we refund everything you have paid, on sight of the document.
How do I pay?
More than 30 days before arrival, you pay a 30% deposit and the balance is taken automatically from the same card 30 days before. Within 30 days, you pay in full when you book.
